Service Groups Management
Establish Service groups to represent the products, assets, and services provided by the organization and assign associated forms to them. These forms will then be applied every time a work task is generated within the Service group.
Create service grouping
Establish a high-level grouping system for the products, assets, or services that the organization provides or procures. This can be achieved by creating one or multiple service groups.
Create sublevel groups
Create sub-level groupings within high-level groups to achieve a more detailed categorization of the organization’s products, assets, or services. For example, you could create a high-level group called Loans and then add sub-level groups like Car Loan and House Loan.
Assign forms to service groups
Link the forms that have been created with their corresponding service group to enable smooth task management. Users whose roles have access to the service group will be able to access and fill out these forms.
